We try to schedule a meat sale quarterly in which we smoke Boston Butts, Pork Ribs, Chicken or Turkeys. These sales provide us the funds allowing us to provide funds to charities we support. In addition, we cook meat for certain charity events.

Our next meat sale will be in the second quarter sometime.

Our next meat sale is scheduled for February 10th, just in time for the Super Bowl football game.  

All proceeds from this sale will be donated to the Knights of Columbus Charities
